EW has reported the Supergirl will head to the CW for its second season.
This is a perfect fit since the CW already host so many of the other DC Comics hits such as Arrow, The Flash, and Legends of Tomorrow.
Supergirl had the biggest debut of 2015-2016 season, but soon lost about half of its viewers over the course of its first season. It has been reported that the studio spends about $3 million dollars per episode. Rumors are now indicating that the production will head north to Vancouver, where tax incentives will reduce the cost.
We look forward to seeing the next season of Supergirl on the CW.
